The idea came about when I was looking at the necklaces people wear around their neck while in water example at Pools, amusement parks, lakes, oceans etc. The current products that are on the market only allow for a phone, money, and maybe a credit card. For some reason this didn’t sit well with me. So I came up with the Tutu water-proof/water resistant bag that can be worn in two different ways.

The first way is across your chest and the second way is the traditional Fannypack (around your waist).
